Services

Quantum Physical Therapy & Wellness is an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies, This allows us to maintain the highest standard of care and longer individualized treatment sessions.  Our choice to remain out-of-network is so that our treatment may be directed by the need of each client rather than being directed by the requirements of any insurance company.  Our rates are therefore about 50% less than in-network and out-of-network facilities that submit paperwork for you.  FULL PAYMENT is required at QPTW, and we will provide you claim forms for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.   We take check, cash, and credit cards through Paypal.

  • Transformational coaching - $60 for 60 min, $50/session for Inner Journey Seminar graduates.

Transformational coaching is not formal therapy or counseling.  Using the individual coaching techniques from The Inner Journey Seminar, Kathleen or another Inner Journey apprentice facilitator will take you through a process of inquiry and meditation to enhance your own self-awareness.  With increased mind/body awareness, patients often report a change in the relationship to their pain...physical or emotional. Patients will learn tools to help manage pain in a healthy and mindful way.   To learn more about The Inner Journey Seminar, speak with Kathleen or go to the website www.innerjourneydc.org

Until the Inner Journey, I never could have imagined the extent to which my body itself, with all of its strength, support, and dedication to my well-being, was contributing to my long-term cycle of chronic physical pain.  The Inner Journey physically changed my body.  I had successfully practiced breathing, stretching, and other therapy strategies to manage my pain, but it was the Inner Journey that allowed me to release the emotional energy that was trapped in my body – the same emotional energy that is trapped in every person’s body.  Through the power of the senses, the power of connecting with other people, the power of connecting with myself, and through the power of my own breath, my body found the opening it needed and just stopped gripping.  I didn’t tell it to stop gripping, I didn’t “think” that it should stop gripping, it just did.  My breath fully connected from my belly to my throat, my shoulders dropped, my throat and face softened.  My body stopped trying to protect itself, to protect me, and allowed me to just be.  It was unplanned, unexpected, and profound.  My body has forever shifted, and the relationship between my mind and body has been forever changed.  I am so grateful.” -Susan H. 40

"Strangely enough, despite the pain, my mind seems to be pleasantly disconnected from my problems.  Ever since I came back from Inner Journey, I've had this sense of internal giddiness that I can't explain.  It hurts, and hurts a lot ,but I don't let it overwhelm me like it used to.  I just have pleasant, warm energy coursing through my body.  It's a neat sensation.  I'm doing things I used to love doing and had stopped.   I finally even picked up the story that I was working on, and posted a new chapter online!
